A Book of Brave Deeds

The Small Desperate Band Stood Side By Side, Fighting To The Last

A Book of Brave Deeds

The story of the 300 Spartans at Thermopylae is probably one of the most well-known stories in western history. Defending a narrow pass against thousands of Persians, 300 Spartan warriors fought desperately and valiantly in order to prevent their enemies from approaching the Greek City-States, giving them time to prepare a proper defense.
